What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Partner position at Carlisle Wide Plank Floors?
CLIENT PARTNER SUPPORT DUTIES:
- Assist with answering of national, multi-line phone system; prequalifies and screens calls; directs calls appropriately.
· Troubleshoot general client questions pertaining to installation, finishing, floor maintenance, etc.; accurately record all customer communication, correspondence, and conversations in CRM database
· Check general office voicemail, service requests and/or forward messages to the appropriate contact.
· Complete orders for ancillary products such as stains, finishes, touch up kits, etc.
· Create quotes (sales proposals) for standard flooring products as requested.
· Create quotes for stairs, accessories, and additional requests
- Assist with quote revisions and pricing updates as needed.
- Will regularly work with various other departments as needed to problem solve, troubleshoot, etc. anything that comes up pertaining to a quote.
SALES SUPPORT DUTIES:
· Partner with Sales Coordinators to manage customer accounts and orders.
· Assist showrooms by entering new clients into customer database as needed.
· Assist Client Services Manager with open proposal reports for all salespeople; distribute accordingly.
· Create client sample orders, showroom inventory sample orders, and internal orders as needed.
- Assist with ongoing maintenance of quotes and opportunity data in CRM; update quote names, link to associated job opportunity, and revise estimated close dates upon direction from the salesperson.
MANUFACTURING/SHIPPING DUTIES:
· Become familiar with various shipping carriers, and the process to identify freight costs within each.
· Create and communicate all the final shipping details to clients via email and phone calls.
· Create and communicate all tracking information to clients via email on day of shipment.
· Work closely with Manufacturing to obtain necessary information about our products and procedures for creating them.
MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES:
· Participate in meetings and training with sales, manufacturing, and client partner teams.
· Participate in general project management opportunities as they arise.
· Work to effectively establish priorities; assist in reprioritizing when necessary to ensure timely management.
· Perform other related duties as required or requested by the Client Services Manager.
· Assist with philanthropic campaign and event planning as required/needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
