Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a Rockstar Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; assist in ordering as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and drink preparation techniques.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and cocktail recipes to enhance the guest experience.

Experience

• Previous experience bartending for must be at least 5 years.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or food handling practices is beneficial.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $15.95 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
