Job Description
Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have. You will alsobe up selling and cross selling to our current clients
Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is required as it would be a greater benefit relating to customers.
Salary: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Provideexceptional customer service.
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty license is required.
- Minimum 6 month prior sales experience preferred.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
