Carlow University invites applications for a new adjunct faculty position in the Master of Science and entry-level Doctorate in Occupational Therapy Programs . As a member of the MSOT / OTD programs, this faculty member represents occupational therapy leadership committed to the program's mission of occupational justice, positive social consciousness, and serving the health and occupational needs of diverse and under resourced populations. The Occupational Therapy program is fully committed to assembling a diverse faculty team with a Mercy perspective and Catholic identity, focused on creating an inclusive, transformational learning environment to prepare students for today's healthcare and tomorrows challenges.
The appointment is for a summer course, OCTH 730 OT Practice for Adult and Older Adults . The position will begin May 2025. Documented evidence of expertise in the areas of adult / older adult practice, and anatomy / biomechanics will be required for this appointment. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues, support an inter-professional learning environment, encourage student learning and development.
