Carlow University's College of Health and Wellness is seeking a Program Coordinator for its Physician Assistant Program. This position provides administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the program. The role involves working closely with the Program Director, Assistant Director, and Director of Clinical Education, along with other faculty members.
The Program Coordinator will be an integral part of a PA student's journey through assisting with admissions, matriculation, didactic and clinical phases, and post-graduation support.
Key Responsibilities :
Program Administration
- Manage daily operations of the PA program, ensuring efficiency and prioritizing tasks.
- Maintain strong relationships with other campus departments to support program needs.
- Develop, refine, and manage a paperless application review process and admissions workflows.
- Facilitate prospective student communication, from application through matriculation.
- Oversee operational supply acquisition and budgeting.
