Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable.
- Manage housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and neatly presented.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, waxing, and polishing as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
- Assist with custodial tasks in commercial settings, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
