Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage floor care by ensuring all types of flooring are cleaned and maintained properly.
- Launder linens and other items as needed to ensure freshness and cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
- Assist with commercial cleaning projects as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain an organized supply area and restock cleaning materials as necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Uphold housekeeping management practices to ensure efficiency in daily operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with custodial duties and hotel housekeeping standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions for each cleaning assignment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
