Carls Body Shop is a family owned and operated business located in Dayton, OH. We are seeking an installer for our new line of exterior vinyl window and door products. Installers will be responsible for installation of vinyl windows and doors in accordance with company standards. Installers must be able to work independently and as part of a team. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and are willing to learn new skills. This position requires a person who is mechanically inclined, has a strong work ethic, and is willing to learn new skills. Previous experience in the vinyl industry is preferred but not required. We will train the right individual on the job site.
Duties:
- Install windows using all safety precautions provided by company.
- Clean up all job sites on completion of installation.
- Maintain clean, orderly job sites on a daily basis.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures on a daily basis.
- Maintain excellent customer relations throughout the entire process.
- Complete all assigned orders and meet or exceed expectations on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record (Required).
- Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout shift (Required).
- Ability to climb ladders up to 75 feet high (Required).
