As a multi-service law firm with offices located on Hawaii Island, Maui, and Oahu, we practice in a variety of areas including Real Estate and Land Use, Corporate and Business Formation, Tax and Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation.

We are seeking a professional Receptionist/Administrative Clerk for our Maui office to provide essential support to our legal team and valued clients.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, reception desk coverage, greeting and directing clients and visitors to the proper area, answering and directing incoming calls, and responding to requests from visitors and clients via phone or email in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner. Providing clerical support to Legal Secretaries and Paralegals with various administrative tasks and projects such as copying, scanning, and compiling legal documents, filing correspondences, documents, and forms, updating lists, assisting with closing files, and other clerical duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, is client service oriented, and a self-starter with the ability to seamlessly switch from one task to another. They are also organized with a strong attention to detail and able to handle multiple projects with deadlines in a timely manner. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office/Outlook and able to work with general office equipment and phone systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Office/Clerical experience preferred. We are willing to train.
