Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues that may arise during the rental period.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote rental services and develop marketing strategies.
- Conduct public speaking engagements to promote services at community events or trade shows.
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in a retail or rental environment is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with customers effectively.
- Experience in inventory management is highly desirable.
