Rental Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Rental Manager to oversee the daily operations of our rental services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service, ensuring that all rental transactions are handled efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to inventory management and collaboration with sales teams to maximize customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Duties

• Manage the rental process from start to finish, including customer inquiries, reservations, and contract management.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the availability of rental items.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues that may arise during the rental period.
• Collaborate with sales teams to promote rental services and develop marketing strategies.
• Conduct public speaking engagements to promote services at community events or trade shows.
• Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.

Experience

• Proven experience in a retail or rental environment is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with customers effectively.
• Experience in inventory management is highly desirable.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance customer interactions.
• Familiarity with collaboration sales techniques will be beneficial in driving rental service growth.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $54,230.00 per year
