A small, family-owned company looking for self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team at rest area worksites near Cedar Rapids, IA. We are seeking team members to fill a full-time morning (5a-1p) and a part-time evening (1p-9p) or a mixed combination of the two shifts. Available shifts are 5a-1p or 1p-9p.
We value attitude and integrity above experience. Candidate must be able to work the entire 8 hour shift and be available on weekends. Ideal candidate will be able to work independently without direct daily supervision, have a pleasant attitude with co-workers and visitors. This position requires the ability to read, write and speak English with proficiency. Starting wage $13 per hour.

Cleaning and grounds maintenance at rest areas located on I-380. Ideal candidate must be able to work the full 8 hour shift and have reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass background check. If you are concerned about qualifying due to something in your background, please reach out, we are flexible and inclusive. This positions requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time, bending, twisting and to push/pull & lift up to 65 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing designated areas.
- Utilize custodial experience to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Perform outside duties including: trash, litter, picnic tables, and snow removal.
- Execute commercial cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Utilize janitorial skills to address any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
