Responsibilities are:
Respond in a timely manner to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone, live chat, and texting.
Provide customers with product information, vehicle availability, and buying process using customers preferred method of contact.
Setting and confirming sales appointments. Follow up on cancelled or no show appointments.
Utilize CRM software for customer follow up before and after the sale.
Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Team to achieve our goals.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent phone and computer skills
2. Previous automotive sales or sales experience is helpful but not required.
