Responsibilities and duties include:
- Estimating Administrative Assisting Duties:
- Reading drawings, or the ability to learn
- Help with evaluating materials needed
- Reaching out and following up with Vendors & Subcontractors
- Project Coordination Administrative Assisting Duties:
- Coordinating the schedule
- Labor and subcontractors
- Ordering Materials and working with Vendors
- Preparing work orders
- Preparing submittals
- Other Administrative Assisting Tasks:
- Preparing and revising work orders
- Building Reports
- Issuing Contracts
- Receiving W-9’s
- Receiving COI’s
- Change Orders
- Invoicing
Job Requirements:
- Proven work experience in coordination or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Docs
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking, and time management.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Good people skills and phone manner
- Industry experience is not required but must be willing to seek out information and ask when not provided.
- Self-reliant in all areas of time management with a strong focus on project and bid deadlines.
- Experience must include regular & direct interactions with suppliers, and subcontractors.
