Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager – Commercial Construction for a full-time, on-site position based in Fleming Island, FL. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale commercial construction projects, ensuring their technical management, timely completion, and financial success from initiation to project closeout.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $10 million or more.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
You will be wildly successful if you have or are the following:
- Extensive experience leading and managing complex construction projects, with a focus on risk mitigation, quality control, and delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.
- Exceptional ability to build and nurture trust-based relationships with clients, subcontractors, design teams, and AHJ representatives.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with customers and vendors to align on project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Proficiency in key project management and construction software, including SAGE, Procore, and MS Project, with cost reports and project tracking.
- Strong Servant Leadership approach to management, ensuring team growth, collaboration, and sustained success.
