Role Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager-Commercial Construction in Fleming Island, FL. The Project Manager will oversee the technical management, timely completion, and financial status of multiple projects from start to finish.
Qualifications
Experience managing commercial projects in the $10 million range. Minimum of 5 years working in commercial construction. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required.
Skills
- Seasoned experience managing complex construction projects to provide project leadership, mitigate risk, and execute quality means and methods of construction
- Ability to build trusting relationships with customers and sub-contractors, design team members, and AHJ representatives
- Competency to work with customers and vendors to gain buy-in with schedule milestones
- Able to Implement the 5 Behaviors (Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, Results)
- Proficient in software programs (SAGE, Procore, MS Project) and cost reports
- Servant Hearted Leadership Skills
