OVERVIEW:
- Provide outreach to families with children, focusing on those experiencing racial, geographic, or economic inequalities, to increase awareness and access to local, county, and state resources.
- Manage grants for various programs, including oversight of grant reports, program evaluations, and other necessary documentation.
- Stay informed on current trends and emerging issues through research, professional development opportunities, and community networking.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy, confidentiality, and data retention policies and regulations.
- Participate in local, regional, and statewide committees, task forces, and meetings related to assigned programs.
- Collaborate with community-based organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and other partners to reach families in need.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
2 years post-secondary education and one (1) years’ work experience with a government agency, business, school, or similar entity; Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. Training Required: Complete Mandated Reporter, Data Practices, Protected Health Information, and Security Trainings within thirty (30) days of hire. Complete ICS Courses 100, 200, 700 within six (6) months of hire date. Certificates/Licenses Required: Must hold a valid driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle insurance. Note: Applicant must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age. Applicant must successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
