Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three (3) years of technical support experience.

Carlton Fields is seeking an Applications Analyst I for its Tampa office.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three (3) years of technical support experience.
- Must be able to answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail and walk up requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies
- Creative problem solver
- Willing to be part of an on-Call rotation and work OT as needed
- Must be able to assist with video conferencing management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills a must
- Able to provide customer service in a demanding environment
- Able to support Windows 10/11 and Office 2019
- Experienced in troubleshooting mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android a plus
- Knowledgeable in Document Management Systems, specifically iManage, comparison tools and time keeping software such as Intapp Time a plus
- Skilled in troubleshooting Remote Access and Authentication issues (VMWare, VPN, RSA) a plus
- Experienced in managing Cisco IP Phones a plus
- Experience procuring and provisioning mobile devices (cell phones, tablets, hotspots) a plus
- Proactively seek out new knowledge and keep up to date with emerging trends in the industry
