Carlton Fields is seeking an Office Coordinator for its Washington, DC office.
The Office Coordinator will ensure continuous, efficient daily office operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, and providing excellent customer service, all while maintaining a positive and professional environment. The Office Coordinator reports to the Director of Administration and assists with office operations for multiple office locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
Follow office operations procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Serve as vendor contact for multiple locations; maintain and update information
Monitor office expenditures and handle office contracts (e.g., rent, subtenant, vendor services, etc.)
Assist with subtenant requests and serve as back-up building management liaison for multiple locations
Coordinate payments for attorney bar dues and occupational business taxes for multiple jurisdictions
Organize office events and activities for multiple office locations
Update floorplans and directories; provide updates for internal firm website
Assist with office projects (e.g., office moves, fire safety training, etc.)
Other duties as assigned

The salary range for this role in the District of Columbia is $55,000 - $60,000. Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The salary range listed is just one component of the Carlton Fields total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include annual discretionary bonuses based on performance and profit-sharing contributions based on eligibility and firm profitability.
