What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Carlton Management LLC?
M-F 8a – 4:30pm to support the daily operations of the property management office. Usual day to day tasks includes answering telephones, assisting with rent logs, applications log and work orders. Looking for a team player with inter personal skills to communicate with property staff, tenants, vendors & visitors. Seeking bi-lingual candidates. Prior affordable housing experience and knowledge in Yardi software is preferred but not a must.
Should be organized and be proficient on computer and with Microsoft Outlook.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
