Position Description: Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in common areas across two apartment complexes. Tasks may involve:
- Emptying trash, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floor spaces
- Polishing and cleaning furniture, fixtures, glass surfaces, and window ledges
- Preparing vacant units for move-ins and performing spot cleaning as needed for vacant or model units until occupied
The role requires adherence to an established cleaning schedule and maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies. The employee must notify the Property Manager in advance of supply needs to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Additional Information: This position involves cleaning at two locations: Rochester and Canandaigua. Candidates must be able to travel between these locations. One of the sites has significant stair access, so applicants should be physically capable of performing tasks in such environments.

- Proven experience in cleaning and commercial cleaning environments
- Strong janitorial and custodial skills

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
