We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to be part of a maintenance team for affordable housing complex.
Looking for experience with:
· basic plumbing
· basic electrical
· basic sheetrock repair
· flooring install
· prep & painting
Must have good people skills to provide our residents with excellent customer service
Physical demands include bending, pushing/pulling, lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs
Requirements:
· Thinking outside of the box to solve problems
· Must have basic personal tools
· dependable vehicle to get to and from work daily as well as for on-call rotation (one week per month)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
