Duties
- Operate and maintain production machinery, including rip saw, chop saw and power tools, in order to ensure smooth operations.
- Fabricate components as needed, utilizing hand tools and mechanical knowledge to meet production demands.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve any production issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations within the factory or manufacturing facility.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Have the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment problems effectively.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and pay attention to detail while working under pressure.
