The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized work environment while contributing to the overall productivity of the warehouse.
Duties
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers efficiently and safely.
- Operate warehouse equipment to move products within the facility.
- Manage inventory by organizing stock in designated areas and ensuring proper labeling.
- Participate in shipping and outgoing shipments against documentation.
- Assist with heavy lifting of materials, ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate inventory control and materials handling.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively.
