About Us
Carlton Pools is a family-owned residential and commercial pool builder committed to quality service. We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Service Department from our corporate office in Warminster, PA.
Job Summary
The Service Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient service operations. This includes scheduling and coordinating service work, managing service crews and vehicles, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will also be responsible for facilitating the transition from construction to service, including customer introductions via calls, emails, or on-site visits as needed. Sales are a key component of this role. The Service Manager promotes and sells equipment and services, such as Pool openings/closings, Valet services, Pool covers, New/updated equipment, and Equipment repairs.
Additionally, you will work closely with the Retail Manager to schedule service appointments and installations. This position requires a proactive leader with strong organizational and delegation skills to balance workloads and optimize team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily service operations and manage service crews
· Schedule and coordinate all service tasks effectively
· Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships
· Conduct site visits as needed to resolve customer concerns
· Drive service department growth through equipment and service sales
· Collaborate with the Retail Manager to align service scheduling with retail sales
· Maintain service vehicle readiness and oversee logistics
· Work 40–50 hours per week, with a 2% year-end commission bonus
Qualifications & Skills

Work Schedule
Hours vary by season:
· Peak Season (Spring–Fall): Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 6 PM
· Yearly Furlough: Begins around the third week of November through March (subject to workload requirements)
