Pay: $20 - $30 per hour

Carlton Pools is a family-owned residential and commercial pool builder with a strong reputation for providing top-tier in-ground swimming pool services. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking experienced Pool Technicians to join our service team.

Position Overview

We are looking for skilled professionals with expertise in:

· Pool plumbing

· Opening and closing pools

· Equipment repairs and diagnostics

· Leak repairs

· Pool cover installations

Technicians will work on both residential and commercial pool builds across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

Key Responsibilities

· Open and winterize swimming pools according to company procedures.

· Perform routine maintenance on pools, spas, and water features, including water chemistry balancing, cleaning, and equipment inspections.

· Diagnose and repair pool equipment and automation systems (Jandy, Pentair, Hayward), including pumps, motors, heaters, electrical, plumbing, and automatic pool cleaners.

· Measure, install, and repair safety pool covers.

· Maintain a clean and stocked company truck.

· Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

· Work both independently and as part of a team.

· Complete and submit necessary paperwork in a timely manner.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 to 3 years of pool service experience (Required).

· Strong client communication skills.

· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

· Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

· Available for overtime and some Saturday work during peak seasons (spring & fall).

· Reliable transportation to and from our Warminster headquarters.

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· High school diploma or equivalent.
