We’re hiring an Accounting / Office Clerk for our Southeast Houston area client!We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee to join our client’s team!DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Accounting / Office clerk
- Location: Southeast Houston area
- Pay: $21-$26 per hour
- Hours: M-F, 8-5
- Duration: Temp-to-Hire
- Description of Duties: A/P - verify and enter invoices, match invoices to PO's, update vendor statements, etc.; A/R - review and process invoices – verify all information, check payment status, email invoices, filing of unpaid invoices, collections - calls/emails, post payments in QuickBooks; provide general office support as needed
- Requirements: At least 2 years Accounting experience. Must be good with numbers and have a strong attention to detail. Proficient skills in Excel, QuickBooks Enterprise, Outlook required. Good tenure on previous jobs is a must.
Salary : $21 - $26
