Bilingual Call Center Lead-South Loop

We’re hiring a Bilingual Call Center Lead for our SW Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Lead
• Location: SW Houston
• Pay: $18-$20/hr
• Hours: M-F 6am-8pm (Hours Vary) Weekends and Holidays with extra pay
• Duration: Long Term Temporary
• Description of Duties: Call center experience needed, basic computer knowledge, good verbal communication, multitasking skills, good customer service and positive attitude.
• Requirements: Must be bilingual in Spanish with strong verbal communication and multitasking skills, and a positive customer service attitude. Meet testing requirements, including a CSR test (score 80 ) and typing test (30 WPM). Can not have any past due toll road
  charges.
