DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
- Location: Fort Bend County
- Pay: $15.50 per hour
- Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
- Duration: Temp-to-Hire
- Description of Duties: Manage a large number of inbound calls, identify and address customers needs to achieve satisfaction, follow all communication guidelines.
- Requirements: Minimum 1 year customer service experience, ability to handle high volume calls, strong communication skills, bilingual in Spanish
