In this role, the HR Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, training coordination, and terminations. This position plays a key role in supporting company culture, ensuring legal compliance, and optimizing HR processes.
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 (Depending on experience)

The perfect HR Manager for our client will have:
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with increasing levels of responsibility
- Proven ability to manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding through termination
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws
- Expertise in benefits administration and open enrollment processes
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for employee training
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience in a mid-size or growing company environment
