DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Service Contracts Administrator
- Location: Stafford, TX
- Pay: $25/hr
- Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
- Duration: Temporary (6 months)
- Description of Duties: Oversee timesheet entry and verification processes, ensuring accurate data is entered into Prism and addressing discrepancies in collaboration with relevant teams. Manage invoicing tasks, including daily submissions for specific clients, portal entries, and resolving issues to maintain accurate billing. Support project operations by entering project data into Prism and Salesforce, advising stakeholders, and assisting with revenue recognition and forecasting as required
- Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in timesheet management, invoicing, or project coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in systems like Prism, Salesforce, and accounting portals
