An Oil & Gas company in Richmond, TX is currently hiring an experienced Business Data Analyst to join their team! In this role, the Business Data Analyst will be responsible for leveraging Python, Snowflake, and Power BI to analyze and optimize Aftermarket / Manufacturing processes, supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include process evaluation, system improvements, automation, data-driven reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive efficiency in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
Salary : 125k-145k / annually
Benefits : Competitive compensation with a 10% ICP bonus. Flexible work schedule with options for hybrid work after the first 1-3 months.
The perfect Business Data Analyst for our client will have :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Data Science
- Minimum 8 years of experience, including manufacturing operations, and 3 years with Python.
- Expertise in Python, Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong conceptual thinking and analytical mindset to address complex business needs.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong storytelling and presentation abilities.
- Proven leadership skills to lead initiatives and influence others effectively.
