We’re hiring a Contracts Administrator for our LaPorte, TX area client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB :
- Job Title : Contracts Administrator
- Location : LaPorte, TX
- Pay : $19 - $24 / hr.
- Hours : 8am-5pm M-F
- Duration : temp-to-hire
- Description of Duties : Oversee the customer service department; Ensure company and clients are abiding by contract terms; Assist customers with questions and complaints, and provide information on products and services; Provide administrative support to sales managers, customers and regional staff.
- Requirements : Strong verbal and written communication skills; Good attention to detail; Ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure; Proficient MS Office skills; 3 years in a similar role; Knowledge of maritime industry a plus
