We’re hiring a Bilingual Call Center Lead for our SW Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB :
- Job Title : CSR Supervisor
- Location : NW Houston
- Pay : $18-$23 / hr
- Hours : M-F 7 : 30am-9 : 45am (Starts 8-Hour Shifts) Weekends and Holidays with extra pay
- Duration : Long Term Temporary
- Description of Duties : Call center experience needed, basic computer knowledge, good verbal communication, multitasking skills, good customer service and positive attitude.
- Requirements : Must be bilingual in Spanish with strong verbal communication and multitasking skills, and a positive customer service attitude. Meet testing requirements, including typing test (25 WPM). Can not have any past due toll road
charges.
