We’re hiring a Litigation Specialist for our SW Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB :
- Job Title : Litigation Specialist
- Location : SW Houston
- Pay : $30 / hr
- Hours : M-F 9am-5pm
- Duration : Temp-to-Hire
- Description of Duties : Manages dockets, tracks deadlines, and ensures timely filings. Duties include drafting legal documents, handling discovery, conducting research, and maintaining communication with attorneys. The role also involves organizing trial materials, e-filing, and managing litigation filings.
- Requirements : Minimum 5 years’ experience in personal injury and civil litigation. Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, including docket management, e-filing, and legal document drafting. Proficiency in discovery processes, legal research, and preparing trial materials is essential. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are required, along with attention to detail.
