Plastics manufacturing company in Southeast Houston, TX is currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team! In this role, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for scheduling and managing all maintenance activities within the plant. The Maintenance Manger will be hands-on, leading, directing, and assisting the technicians with daily maintenance of plant equipment. Collaborate with production departments to resolve equipment failures.
Salary : $120K / yr. - $130K / yr. DOE
The perfect Maintenance Manager for our client will have :
- 5 years’ hands-on maintenance management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Effective and direct communication with all levels of personnel
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks to meet required deadlines
- Proactive approach to solutions and continuous improvement opportunities
