Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for guests and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate records using computerized systems.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as necessary.
• Assist with calendar management for appointments and meetings.
• Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance guest experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in a front desk,clerical role or dog daycare/vet is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer operations is essential.

Doggy Daycare Attendant

*Watch over large group of dog making sure play behavior is appropriate and nice

*clean up after the dogs including urine and feces

*cleaning a large facility from the walls to the floors daily

*strong communication between daycare/boarding staff to the front desk to everyone is aware of any behaviors that might not be ideal.

*long shifts on feet

**all sign on bonuses will get granted after training period and given $100 additional into each paycheck until they have reached the granted amount**

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
