Job Description:

• Minimum 10 years of strong hands-on experience on Informatica Power centre designing and developing solutions.

• Strong hands-on development design experience in DW Solutions Data Integration Data Migration Data Analysis using Informatica.

• Hands-on experience with Informatica TDM for data sub setting, data masking, and synthetic data generation.

• Proficient in provisioning secure and compliant test data across multiple test environments.

• Implemented data masking strategies to protect sensitive data in non-production systems, ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Developed and maintained test data sub setting rules to extract referentially intact datasets from production.

• Contributed to reduction in test environment setup time and infrastructure costs through optimized TDM processes.

• Familiar with integrating TDM tools with CI/CD pipelines for continuous test data refresh.

• ensure data privacy, test data coverage, and efficiency in testing processes.

• Strong experience in development of database processes using Oracle SQL PLSQL

• Sound Unix shell scripting and command level experience.

• Excellent knowledge of debugging tuning and optimizing performance of database queries.

• Have been involved in gathering business requirements, client discussions and high-level low-level solution design.

• Ownership of physical solution design end to end development cycle up to deployment and post production support.

• Working with clients understand the business trend, conduct proof or concepts as suitable and develop software solutions.

• Communication with clients and other stakeholders with appropriate data points and at the right time.

• Lead Participate in Discovery phases with business stakeholders to analyse and document client business requirements and translating those needs into matured process and system solution designs.

• Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met Work closely with the team during user acceptance testing UAT including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance

• Must possess organizational proficiencies to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment under limited supervision.

• Very good understanding of SDLC and agile model of work experience on JIRA tool.

• Process improvement best practice to be followed for continuous refinement of the application.

• Mentoring and grooming other team members as required.
