What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Technician position at Carmel Country Club?
We currently have a full-time job opportunity for a Floor Technician to work in our Clubhouse. Our facilities are only as beautiful as we maintain them, and this role is very important to achieving that goal.
Job requirements include:
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Clubhouse and surrounding areas
- Floorcare: Dustmop, mopping, vacuuming and strip and recoat floors to ensure they are clean and polished.
- Trash Removal: Emptying trash bins throughout the club and replacing liners.
- Restroom maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of floors and restocking restrooms with supplies.
- Surface cleaning: Wiping down surfaces and window cleaning when needed
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and cleanliness of equipment and tools
- Inventory Control: Keep track of cleaning supplies and reporting when stock is low
- Special event support: Assisting with setup and cleanup for events when needed
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed safely and following club policies
- Reporting issues: Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
- Team members are required to work evenings, holidays and weekends on a consistent basis
