Whether you are an experienced nurse or a new graduate, you will have access to over two weeks of orientation--in the classroom, on the nurse floor and with the Director of Nursing, to ensure a familiarity with our practices, confidence in your duties and success with our residents.
Prior to admission, new residents are thoroughly screened to ensure a good fit within our community and that we can meet their care needs. As a nurse, you will arrive to work confident in your ability to fulfill the days objectives with the support needed to make it happen.
Carmel Hills Care Center is a private, family owned 99 bed skilled nursing facility on the beautiful Monterey Peninsula. We are eager add enthusiastic, compassionate nurses looking to enhance and further their nursing skill base, knowledge and advance their career.
RN Salary range starts between $50-$53 per hour.
LVN Salary range starts between $40-$43 per hour.
