Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Food and Beverage to lead our culinary and service teams. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the food and beverage team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
• Oversee daily operations of all food service areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to optimize profitability.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to promote professional growth within the team.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and quality in all dining experiences.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, special promotions, and catering services.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery and product offerings.

Experience

• Proven leadership experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant management or food service management.
• Extensive knowledge of food production processes, kitchen operations, and customer service excellence.
• Strong supervisory skills with a track record of managing diverse teams effectively.
• Familiarity with coffee preparation and service is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
