- Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies while performing cleaning duties.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the facility.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or similar roles within hospitality settings.
- Strong cleaning skills with knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and products.
- Familiarity with floor care procedures including carpet cleaning, tile maintenance, and polishing surfaces.
- Experience in hotel or custodial environments is preferred.
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks when necessary.
