What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server-Must Have Sunday Morning Availability position at Carmel Mission Inn?
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the cash register and handle cash transactions
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
- Clear and clean tables, and assist with bussing duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order entry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
