Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Fine Dining Room Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests in a high-end dining environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each guest has a memorable dining experience through attentive service, knowledge of the menu, and a commitment to hospitality.
Duties
- Greet guests and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Train and supervise dining staff, as well as create shift schedules
- Run pre-meal meetings and inform food servers of specials, menu changes, guest requests, etc.
- Examine the dining room before each meal service to ensure it's clean and well stocked.
- Lead setup, service, and breakdown for special events (large parties, corporate dinners, etc.)
- Assist with food delivery during meal rushes and address customer requests and complaints
- Maintain and replenish inventory of dining room items as needed (silverware, plates, linens, condiment holders, etc.)
- Monitor the state of dining room equipment and room fixtures, scheduling repairs as necessary
- Assist in training new staff members on service standards and restaurant protocols.
- Participate in banquet services as needed, ensuring high-quality service for special events.
- Other duties as assigned by ownership
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in Front-of-House fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Background in food service, including knowledge of food production processes.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills

Pay: $67,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
