**Job Title:** Reservations Agent
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team at Carmel Valley Ranch. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing guest room reservations, providing hotel facility information, and answering questions related to the hotel and local area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle guest room reservation requests for Carmel Valley Ranch, Alila Ventana Big Sur, and Ventana Campground
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about hotel facilities and services
- Block rooms, enter group rooming lists, post prepayments, and bill no-show reservations
- Answer all incoming calls, handle guest mail and faxes, and take messages for guests
Sales and Communication Skills:
- Effectively sell the amenities and services of Carmel Valley Ranch, Alila Ventana Big Sur, and Ventana Campground
- Demonstrate strong sales and communication skills to ensure accuracy on all reservations
- Multitask between calls, emails, and a daily checklist
