Coffee Shop Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Coffee Manager to oversee daily operations at our Stuart location and ensure our customers experience the best in coffee and service. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. As the manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining our brand’s high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of baristas and support staff, providing training and guidance.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cash management.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for customers and staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
• Monitor and achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Ensure that quality standards for beverages and food are consistently met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a coffee shop manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
