What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baseball Softball Instructor/Coach position at Carmen Fusco Pro Baseball Softball Academy?
Looking for a full time baseball/softball instructor and team coach that can teach all aspects of the game and help the athlete with a mission and vision for them and their team. Should be able to help create a culture of total player development. Must be able to provide private instruction, manage teams, run camps and clinics. Need to be highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic. Must be able to prepare our students for the next level of play.
This job can be used to get the instructor to the next level as well. Instructor must be willing to learn and constantly improve their skill set. This is a continuous learning environment for forward thinkers in the industry. Plenty of research and development.
Salesmanship is a big part of the job. Need someone who can sell equipment in the pro shop and lesson packages. This is a MUST.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
