Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to identify production bottlenecks, develop action plans, and execute improvements. The ideal candidate will assist Process Engineers with designs, provide technical support, and conduct process and energy audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify production bottlenecks, develop and execute action plans
- Assist Process Engineers with designs, research, and hands-on applications
- Provide technical support to production, maintenance, environmental, and quality teams
- Monitor process reliability and define paybacks for improvements
- Perform inspections during major outages and prepare shutdown reports
- Document problems related to the process or systems and implement solutions
- Conduct process and energy audits to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Track and perform raw material analysis for optimal fuel use and cost benefit calculations
- Monitor stone quality, size, and gradation, and fuel quality analysis and their impact on product quality
- Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and manuals
- Miscellaneous reporting as requested
