The College Students will work on assigned projects with limited or no supervision while performing general manual labor tasks/housekeeping of production areas, various entry-level production positions, operation of material handling equipment and mobile equipment ensuring the work is effective and performed in accordance with all relevant codes and safety standards.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities & Duties:
- General labor and clean-up of production areas
- Observe, monitor, and report any conditions which could lead to product nonconformity.
- Operate heavy equipment/machinery in a safe and appropriate manner.
- Clean, inspect, and maintain/secure all equipment in compliance with MSHA, policies, and procedures.
- Replace or assist other workers as needed or directed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proof of acceptance to college
- Willing and able to work weekends, overtime and rotating shifts.
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form; perform basic math functions.
- Basic computer skills
- Perform physical labor safely in noisy, dusty, and other harsh working conditions.
