About the Position
BDR will play an active role in identifying, prospecting, qualifying, educating and developing a strong pipeline of new and unengaged automotive dealerships to turn them into engaged buyers and sellers on the Carmigo platform.
What You Will Do
Initial Customer Outreach (70%)
- Cold-call potential dealer customers to pitch Carmigo products
- Sign up and create account for potential dealer customers on Carmigo platform
- Generate rapport with potential dealer customers and gather information to determine what suite of Carmigo products
- Ensure all questions they have about Carmigo are answered and assist in logging in and navigating on Carmigo platform
- Log all activities and notes in CRM
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly goals for call volume and other engagement metrics
Generate Buyer Engagement (20%)
- Work with dealer customers that are signed up to purchase vehicles on Carmigo’s platform
- Coordinate with DSR in market to generate engagement from dealer customers
- Understand what cars the dealership needs and send cars from daily listings to get them to bid and buy cars
Administrative (10%)
- Generate effective prospecting lists (internet sources, trade org lists, referrals and inbound leads)
- Organize and maintain CRM
Who we are looking for
- 2 years in BDR or Auto sales related role
- Ability to sell in a short sales cycle without having built relationships
- Ability to build relationships to increase sales with same customer
- Humble and hungry
- A self-starter that is motivated to meet goals without much supervision
- High energy
- Ability to interact with tech proficiently
- Automotive wholesale experience, franchise dealership experience preferred
