Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various functions within the organization, including customer service, and product demonstrations. This position requires strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences responsible for offering wine tasting in our tasting room as well as shipping to our wine club members and new customers.
Responsibilities
- Engage opportunities to represent the organization at events and wine tasting room.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure clarity of information and objectives.
- Demonstrate products to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits of our products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with sales teams to strategize marketing efforts and enhance product visibility.
- Assist in food service operations when necessary, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene are maintained.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to achieve organizational goals.
Experience
- Experience in customer service roles that demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with product demonstrations or sales is a plus.
