Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor swimming activities, ensuring all safety policies and procedures are followed.
- Provide first aid, perform rescues, and administer CPR if necessary.
- Assess safety conditions and implement emergency action plans as needed.
- Inspect pool facilities, equipment, and water quality to ensure safety and usability.
- Maintain pool cleanliness by vacuuming, brushing tile lines, and skimming as needed.
- Conduct chemical water testing for pH and chlorine levels.
No certification? No problem!
We offer discounted in-house American Red Cross lifeguard certification for those interested in working with us.
As a Carmona Pool Services lifeguard, you choose your own schedule—work as many or as few hours as you'd like!
